7 Method of Payments:

1. Payment mailed to our office address (7726 Taft st, Merrillville IN 46410)

2. Log on to our website portal.

Your email address is your username.
There is no charge to pay with your bank account information on our website.
(Routing & Account number).
Visa, Mastercard, etc (including debit cards) charges you a fee.

3. Direct deposit into the CHASE bank account.

4. CHASE quickpay, if you also bank with CHASE.

5. Zelle payment to darrell@capsgroup.net.

6. Payment turned into our office during regular business hours.

7. Credit card payment over the phone or in our office. 3% fee applies.

Submit a Maintenance Request

Please submit your maintenance request online or by calling the maintenance department at 219-798-6081.

Note that requests are reviewed Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (except for holidays).

  • Please describe in detail the nature of the repair. Also note whether there is an alarm and or animal on the premises.
